PRIVATE REIKI HEALING SESSION
This session will begin with a conversational check-in between the giver and the receiver. We will welcome a grounding technique before dropping into the stillness of the loving Reiki energy. I will check-in periodically with you to ensure there is support for the parts of your body asking for attention.
This session can be done from afar on a platform like Zoom or Microsoft Teams, or in-person. In-person sessions will be held at Radiant Yoga and Wellness in Worthington, Ohio.

REIKI ATTUNEMENTS
In these private trainings, you will learn how to put language to your direct experiences of Reiki, often described as the ever-present universal loving life force energy here for all of us to access. We will have conversations to honor Reiki’s traditional Japanese lineage which includes learning the hands-on healing modality and techniques taught by Usui Sensei passed through initiation. You will deepen your relationship with Reiki energy healing through contemplations, experiments, support, and self-Reiki.
Every practitioner’s attunement experience is unique, and yours will be as well. Attunements can elicit a wide range of personal experiences and felt-senses. Reiki is experienced based and shared from an embodied place.

DANCING WITH DRAGONS™ SESSION
The client and the practitioner will be in a subtle conversational process throughout the session held in the Reiki loving energy. I will ask simple, straightforward, and open-ended questions following sensation in which a client has the option to answer or not. This may give the receiver the opportunity to uncover and unravel patterns while in support of the Reiki. I am here for whatever words or sensations arise without judgment or direction. There may be short periods of silence or long periods of silence. This is experience is different than a silent Reiki session, but you always have the choice to be quiet or speak of what is asking to be known.
