I am a Yoga Alliance registered ERYT-200 HR yoga instructor with 10 years of teaching, 100 HR Trauma Sensitive certified (EMBER™), and a Reiki Master Teacher. I have a Bachelor’s of Art in Psychology with a decade of experience working in a Children’s Hospital with vulnerable adolescent and young adult populations.
